Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
  2. Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. After marinating, toss the beef with cornstarch to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
