- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil.
- Add the beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- After marinating, toss the beef with cornstarch to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the beef and toss with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot over white rice or steamed vegetables.
