Description

A fun twist on the classic Big Mac, these bite-sized meatball bites are delicious and perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • Big Mac sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and spices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and spices.
  6. Serve meatball bites topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.

Notes

Serve with toothpicks for easy eating and extra sauce on the side for dipping.
