A fun twist on the classic Big Mac, these bite-sized meatball bites are delicious and perfect for gatherings.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles
- Big Mac sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and spices)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, and spices.
- Serve meatball bites topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
Notes
Serve with toothpicks for easy eating and extra sauce on the side for dipping.
