- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, coconut milk, banana, and honey (if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- If using, add Greek yogurt and ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
