A simple low-carb pizza made with a meat crust, perfect for keto and carnivore diets.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (or other preferred ground meat)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Press the meat mixture into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For a crispier crust, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
