Description

A simple low-carb pizza made with a meat crust, perfect for keto and carnivore diets.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef (or other preferred ground meat)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the meat mixture into a greased pizza pan or baking sheet to form a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For a crispier crust, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
