- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup red onion, diced

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, chopped cashews, mayonnaise, mustard, diced celery, and diced red onion.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
Drain the tuna well to avoid a watery salad. Use light mayo for less fat.
