Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
  3. On each tortilla, spread a layer of the beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and onions.
