- 4 large tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
- On each tortilla, spread a layer of the beef mixture, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and onions.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, then slice into manageable wraps.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a portable meal.
Notes
Use warm tortillas for easier rolling. Drain the beef well to avoid soggy wraps.
