A quick and easy no-bake cheesecake salad mixed with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whipped cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
- Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the mixture and stir gently to coat the fruit.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold, using a big bowl or small cups, and add a few whole berries on top for presentation.
Notes
Keep the salad in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, and stir gently before serving again. Do not freeze.
