Description

A quick and easy no-bake cheesecake salad mixed with fresh strawberries and blueberries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the mixture and stir gently to coat the fruit.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve cold, using a big bowl or small cups, and add a few whole berries on top for presentation.

Notes

Keep the salad in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days, and stir gently before serving again. Do not freeze.
