Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Use lean ground chicken for a lighter version, and do not overcook the cabbage for the best texture.
