Tender steak fajitas cooked in a slow cooker with peppers and onions, perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (such as flank or sirloin)
- 2 bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the steak into strips.
- In a crockpot, layer the sliced steak, bell peppers, and onion.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the top and pour in beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the steak is tender.
- Serve in low-carb tortillas or on lettuce wraps.
Notes
Warm low-carb tortillas or use large lettuce leaves when serving. Add sour cream, salsa, or guacamole if desired.
