Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the diced cucumbers, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
For less water in the dip, salt diced cucumbers, let sit for 5 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Adding lemon juice can enhance the flavor.
