Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
