- 1 pound ground pork or chicken
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
