Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops and cook until browned and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic in the last minute of cooking, basting the pork chops with the garlic butter.
