- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- Salad (mixed greens with dressing of choice)
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook until browned and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add butter and minced garlic in the last minute of cooking, basting the pork chops with the garlic butter.
- Remove from heat and let rest.
- Serve with your choice of veggies and a salad.
Notes
For best results, pat the pork dry before seasoning and use room temperature butter. Don’t crowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
