- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (for topping)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Heat in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the baking powder, garlic powder, and salt, mixing well.
- Once cooled slightly, mix in the egg until fully incorporated.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into ropes. Tie each rope into a knot and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over the knots.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a crisp top, broil the knots for 1 minute at the end but watch closely. Brush the garlic butter twice for more flavor.
