Description

Ingredients

  • Kielbasa sausage
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped carrots, cabbage, spinach, and celery; sauté for a few minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
  4. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Notes
