Ingredients
- Kielbasa sausage
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Spinach
- Celery

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add chopped carrots, cabbage, spinach, and celery; sauté for a few minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot in bowls with a slice of bread or crackers.
Notes
Slice kielbasa thin for more browning and flavor. Cut vegetables to a similar size for even cooking. Add garlic for extra flavor.
