Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (e.g., erythritol or stevia)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the raspberries with 1 tablespoon of the sweetener in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Mix almond flour, oats, remaining sweetener, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter together in another bowl until crumbly.
- Spread the raspberries evenly in a baking dish, then top with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden and the raspberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with yogurt or ice cream for an extra treat. Can be made with frozen raspberries.
