- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup spicy pepperoni, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in the chopped pepperoni and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier texture. Add more pizza sauce or extra mozzarella on top for a richer flavor.
