Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar-free sweetener
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Store in an airtight container.
