Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly to create an even layer.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
