  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sweetener, gochujang, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced beef until browned.
  3. Add the sauce to the beef in the skillet, stirring to coat well.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the beef.
  6. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
