- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1 tsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sweetener, gochujang, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced beef until browned.
- Add the sauce to the beef in the skillet, stirring to coat well.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the beef.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
Notes
