- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball into a disc.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each disc for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding chopped herbs or garlic to the dough. Can be served with butter, olive oil, or cheese.
