Description

Ingredients

  • Mini bell peppers
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stuff the mixture into each pepper half.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and the peppers are slightly tender.
  7. Serve warm as appetizers or for lunch.

Notes
