Ingredients
- Mini bell peppers
- Cream cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the mini bell peppers in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Stuff the mixture into each pepper half.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and the peppers are slightly tender.
- Serve warm as appetizers or for lunch.
Notes
Use fresh mini bell peppers for best crunch and chop pepperoni small for a smoother filling. Don’t overfill to avoid spills while baking.
