Instructions
- Heat the milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until steaming (about 5 minutes).
- Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved and smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
