A fun and delicious dessert that combines cream cheese and strawberries in crunchy taco shells.

  • 2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers or cereal for crunch
  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Take the taco-shaped shells and fill them with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and sprinkle crushed graham crackers or cereal on top for crunch.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes
