A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy layer, and fresh strawberry topping.

- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
- 1 (6 oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water in another bowl.
- Add sliced strawberries and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
Press the crust firmly for better structure and let it cool fully before adding the cream layer.
