Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Cook until heated through.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Top with shredded cheese and diced avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
