A simple, smooth, low-carb custard pie made with cream, eggs, and a keto crust.

- 1 keto pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture into the pre-baked keto pie crust.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the custard is set and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Serve slices chilled or at room temperature. Add a dollop of whipped cream or a few berries if desired.
