A simple, smooth, low-carb custard pie made with cream, eggs, and a keto crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 keto pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the custard mixture into the pre-baked keto pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the custard is set and slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing.

Notes
