Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread tomato sauce on the pizza crust.
