Ingredients

- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings (bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until tender.
- Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread tomato sauce on the pizza crust.
- Top with the sautéed kale and mushrooms, followed by vegan cheese.
- Add any optional toppings.
- Bake in the oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding minced garlic when sautéing the mushrooms. Experiment with different vegetables or vegan cheeses as desired.
