Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve. Enjoy your refreshing yogurt bark!
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for a firmer bark. Taste before freezing to adjust sweetness.
