Easy Yogurt Bark

A quick, fresh, and healthy frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, fruits, and nuts or chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries, nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and serve. Enjoy your refreshing yogurt bark!

Notes

Serve pieces cold for the best texture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
