- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup colorful vegetables (like bell peppers or carrots), finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling to cover the surface.
- Sprinkle the diced ham, green onions, and colorful vegetables evenly over the eggs.
- Once the edges start to set, carefully roll the omelette from one side to the other.
- Push the rolled omelette to one side of the pan and add more egg mixture to fill the pan again.
- Once set, repeat the process until all the egg mixture is used.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing into rolls. Serve warm.
Notes
Use a non-stick pan for best results and serve with soy sauce, ketchup, or light dip.
