Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup colorful vegetables (like bell peppers or carrots), finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  3. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, swirling to cover the surface.
  4. Sprinkle the diced ham, green onions, and colorful vegetables evenly over the eggs.
  5. Once the edges start to set, carefully roll the omelette from one side to the other.
  6. Push the rolled omelette to one side of the pan and add more egg mixture to fill the pan again.
  7. Once set, repeat the process until all the egg mixture is used.
  8. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing into rolls. Serve warm.

Notes

Use a non-stick pan for best results and serve with soy sauce, ketchup, or light dip.
