Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Low carb bread (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, cooked chicken, feta cheese, and red onion.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken and broccoli mixture and toss to combine.

Notes
