- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one more minute.
- Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned (7-10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Incorporate the chopped cabbage into the skillet, mixing well.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
- Cover briefly to steam until the cabbage is tender yet slightly crunchy (another 10 minutes).
- Serve hot.
