Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned (7-10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  5. Incorporate the chopped cabbage into the skillet, mixing well.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  8. Cover briefly to steam until the cabbage is tender yet slightly crunchy (another 10 minutes).
  9. Serve hot.
