Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

A quick and healthy treat made with Greek yogurt and customizable toppings, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 34 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice to top

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until combined into a sticky dough.
  2. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Spoon a portion of the granola dough into the bottom of each muffin cup and press firmly to create a sturdy base.
  3. Spoon Greek yogurt into each granola base cup, then top with fresh berries and leftover granola dough.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set and firm.
  5. Remove from the freezer, let thaw slightly, and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the sweetness with honey to your liking. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
