- 1 head of cauliflower, grated or riced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the skillet and stir well to combine.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with your favorite protein.
Notes
Dry the riced cauliflower well to improve texture. Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
