- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and asparagus, sautéing until the asparagus is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss with the asparagus.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Cool to room temperature, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven.
