Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet, skin-side down, for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken and add the garlic butter and parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Pat the skin dry before searing for crispier skin. Do not crowd the pan; sear in one layer. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
