- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cooked shrimp, and shredded cheese.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving. Enjoy warm with your choice of dippers.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth mix. Do not overcook shrimp to avoid them becoming rubbery.
