Quick and delicious garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy Parmesan Alfredo tortellini, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
- Toss the cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, mixing them into the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, serve with a green salad or garlic bread. Use fresh tortellini for faster preparation.
