Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Parmesan Alfredo Tortellini

A gourmet twist on comfort food featuring rich steak bites paired with creamy Parmesan Alfredo tortellini, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  6. Toss the cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  7. Return the steak bites to the skillet, mixing them into the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Ensure the steak is cut into even pieces for uniform cooking. Don’t overcrowd the skillet when searing the steak; it helps achieve a nice crust.
