Description

Delicious stuffed biscuits filled with seasoned beef and cheese, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients. First, gather all your ingredients and set them on your kitchen counter.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into smaller pieces until browned. Drain excess fat and add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  3. Assemble Your Cheeseburger Bombs. Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it in your hand. Add a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture and a bit of shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching it closed to form a ball. Repeat this for the rest of the dough and filling.
  4. Bake the Cheeseburger Bombs. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Add the Parmesan Garlic Topping. In a bowl, mix melted butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture on top of the hot cheeseburger bombs after removing them from the oven. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add pickles, use mozzarella cheese, or incorporate bacon bits. Be careful not to overfill the biscuits.
