Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

A fun and tasty twist on the classic cheeseburger, perfect for parties and cozy dinners. These bites combine savory beef, creamy cheese, and garlic flavors wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and set them on your kitchen counter.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it into smaller pieces. Once browned, drain excess fat and add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
  3. Take a piece of biscuit dough and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching it closed to form a ball. Repeat for all dough and filling.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the assembled bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture on top of the hot cheeseburger bombs right after taking them out of the oven.

Notes

These cheeseburger bombs are great with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
