- 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
- 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
- ¼ – ½ cup water
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the steak, zucchini, and onion as listed.
- Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the steak and vegetables with garlic butter seasoning until they get color.
- Add frozen tortellini and a little water, cover, and let the tortellini steam until tender.
- Stir in the Parmesan garlic sauce, then plate the tortellini and top with the cooked steak and vegetables.
Notes
Do not overcook tortellini — check after 3 minutes of steaming. Use the water amount listed to steam frozen tortellini; more water can make it soggy.
