Description

Quick and hearty meal featuring tender steak, soft cheese tortellini, juicy tomatoes, and a rich garlic-parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • ¼½ cup water
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak, zucchini, and onion as listed.
  2. Heat a griddle or large pan over medium heat and add oil.
  3. Cook the steak and vegetables with garlic butter seasoning until they get color.
  4. Add frozen tortellini and a little water, cover, and let the tortellini steam until tender.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan garlic sauce, then plate the tortellini and top with the cooked steak and vegetables.

Notes

Do not overcook tortellini — check after 3 minutes of steaming. Use the water amount listed to steam frozen tortellini; more water can make it soggy.
