Garlic Parmesan Steak Tortellini

A hearty meal of steak, vegetables, and cheese tortellini, bursting with flavor from Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • ¼½ cup water
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut steaks and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, and slice the onion.
  2. Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add oil, vegetables, and steak. Season everything with Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  3. Add frozen tortellini to the griddle along with ¼ – ½ cup of water. Cover with a griddle dome or lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tortellini is tender.
  4. Stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce and remove tortellini from the griddle.
  5. Continue cooking vegetables and steak on the griddle until done to your liking. Top cooked tortellini with vegetables and steak. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

Pairs well with a green salad or garlic bread. Top with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs for added flavor.
