Greek Roasted Garlic Spinach White Pizza

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional pizza with fresh spinach, creamy ricotta, and bold garlic flavor.

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the crust.
  5. Scatter the fresh spinach over the ricotta, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

Serve hot with a salad or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
