Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water or water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Begin by rinsing the spinach and cucumber.
- Cut the cucumber, apple, and avocado into chunks.
- In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, green apple, avocado, lemon juice, coconut water, and chia seeds.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy for a refreshing detox drink!

Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before consuming.
