Description

A bright and zesty green sauce made with roasted chiles, fresh tomatillos, and a touch of Salsa Ranchera, perfect as a dip or condiment.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chiles Anaheim
  • 2 Chiles Caribe
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 4 Fresh tomatillos
  • 1/2 cup Salsa Ranchera Mexicana
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Roast the Chiles Anaheim, Caribe, and Jalapeños until charred, then peel and chop.
  2. Combine the roasted chiles with fresh tomatillos and Salsa Ranchera Mexicana in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and lime juice to taste.
  5. Serve as a dip or condiment.

Notes

Store in a clean jar with a tight lid in the fridge for up to 5-7 days. Freezes well for up to 3 months.
