Ingredients

- 2 Chiles Anaheim
- 2 Chiles Caribe
- 2 Jalapeños
- 4 Fresh tomatillos
- 1/2 cup Salsa Ranchera Mexicana
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Lime juice
Instructions
- Roast the Chiles Anaheim, Caribe, and Jalapeños until charred, then peel and chop.
- Combine the roasted chiles with fresh tomatillos and Salsa Ranchera Mexicana in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and lime juice to taste.
- Serve as a dip or condiment.
Notes
Store in a clean jar with a tight lid in the fridge for up to 5-7 days. Freezes well for up to 3 months.
