Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk or broth

  • 8 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Roast peppers and remove skins.
  2. Blend roasted peppers with garlic, onion, crema, cheese, cilantro, and milk until smooth.
  3. Simmer sauce over medium heat for 5–10 minutes.
