  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Whisk together milk and egg in another bowl.
  3. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and dip each piece first in the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
