- 1/2 cup pickle juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Whisk together milk and egg in another bowl.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and dip each piece first in the milk mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil on the grill or skillet.
- Cook the chicken nuggets for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Notes
For a lighter version, skip the flour and grill plain marinated chicken pieces. Use a meat thermometer; chicken is done at 165°F.
