Festive Grinch Oreo Balls with a delightful red velvet flavor and vibrant green candy coating, perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 1 package Red Velvet Oreos (22 cookies)
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 7 oz green candy melts
- Red heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form. Add in the cream cheese and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop out the dough using a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts in 30-second increments, mixing in between. If too thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted candy coating, then place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the leftover melted candy over the truffles and top with red heart sprinkles.
- Allow to set in the fridge for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing. Chill the truffle balls to maintain their shape when dipped.
