Grinch Pancakes

Fun and festive green pancakes perfect for the holiday season, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 drops green food coloring
  • Fresh berries (strawberries or raspberries) for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and green food coloring. Gradually pour this mixture into the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix gently until just combined; do not overmix.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour ladles of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip carefully.
  6. Serve warm with fresh berries or whipped cream on top.

Notes

For fluffier pancakes, don’t overmix the batter. For a deeper green color, add an extra drop of green food coloring. Mix in cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
