Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or cauliflower rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well to combine.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or cauliflower rice.

Notes

For a different twist, try adding a splash of hoisin or oyster sauce or serving with Thai basil.
